Your customer services are really bad over a month no refund on my ticket

SCAM alert what U see is not what you’ll pay. Hidden fees are much

They’ll display a flight they don’t have, you’ll book and they’ll issue you the ticket, then later call or email you that the flight can’t go through, forcing to change another flight. Why display what you don’t have?.

Some of the customers service are terrible, they insulted me severally.

Their customer service is terrible, they need to be overhauled.

Terrible experience for a consistent customer of over 5 years.

I felt violated and scammed.

Please don’t use this app

Their communication is zero. - they just care about their money, nothing else and if you have issues with your flight and wantu edit? Just book another one because they are thieves and will leave you unattended to

So Convenient

Been using this app for a couple of years now. Wakanow is my go to travel agent for flight bookings. Great service and convenient payment options. Their prices are also pretty good!

Worst customer service ever

Made a payment via my debit card for a flight they said I’m going to need a transit visa for and had to be canceled and rebook another flight. I decided not to use them again and request for a refund for my money that wasn’t used for any ticket and they said I have to wait for over 2 weeks to get my cash back. Spoke to an agent and the useless lady even hissed and ended the call. I will never use them ever again. Rubbish

Paid for a flight ticket via bank transfer to their account they provided. They haven’t confirmed my payment until now
