I created an account and paid my bill. No it won’t recognize me if I I try to reset my password.
Garbage
This app seems to be getting worse and worse. I can hardly ever view my actual usage and I have never been able to view my usage over time. I feel like I’m being overcharged but I have absolutely no way of checking. I hadn’t been charged for power for almost a week last month and then I woke up one day with a negative balance?!? Makes zero sense.
