Order
I ordered boneless wing appetizers. It was suppose to be a 14 piece, I got 10.
Not the freshest
Ordered a Cobb salad and had old lettuce on it. The pieces were orange and wilted. This is pretty typical for Walk On's for take out orders. The meat was fortunately in a separate container or it would've likely have been worse.

Servers
Valerie, Jackie, and Molly are excellent servers. They are very efficient, and friendly! We enjoy having them as our servers.
Limited Rewards
Love the food but I often don’t want an appetizer m-but that’s all you can earn with the rewards. They could at least go to a $5 or $10 off coupon that could be used towards your meal. Papa Johns has a better rewards program. Come on guys!

Sophie was terrific. She was always at our table checking on us to see if we needed anything.
Take out not so good this time
The boneless wings were not good, next time I’ll get the tenders. And the sliders were overcooked and dry. I will try again, usually they are good there.
Sad
Unfortunately when you order a seafood plate and it has 4 overcooked shrimp and 5 emaciated strips of catfish soggy fries and burnt hush puppies. Do better.
Great Place
The food and services at Walk-On’s in Alexandria, LA are always excellent. We generally eat there at least once each week and have never had a bad experience. The wait staff employees are always friendly and helpful. When I have been in a position to watch them working I have seen the same qualities exhibited with each interaction with customers. The food is consistently great quality and wait times have never been excessive.
The Walk-On’s franchise has been a great place to eat (in Alexandria, Lafayette,Shreveport and Baton Rouge) and the city makes no difference whatsoever. ALL GREAT!
