Set a step goal. Put W Points on it. Hit the goal or they're gone. A commitment device with teeth. Pick a daily step goal and a period — 7 days or 30 — then put W Points on the line. Finish at or above your total and every W Point lands back in your wallet. Fall short and they're gone. That's the whole deal. HOW IT WORKS • Pick a daily goal. The app suggests one from your last 30 days: your average, pushed 10%. • Choose 7 days or 30. • Put 1 to 50 W Points on it. They leave your wallet the moment you lock in. • Walk. The dashboard shows your pace, the number you need per day, and what is still on the line. • Settle. Hit the total and every W Point comes back. Miss it and they are gone. STEPS COME FROM APPLE HEALTH Read-only, and step count only. Your iPhone and Apple Watch do the counting. Typed-in steps never count — walking is the only way to finish a challenge. WHAT IT COSTS Walk or Pay is $1 a month. The subscription drops one W Point into your wallet every month, yours to put on a goal. Want more, buy a pack any time: 5, 10, 25, or 50 W Points. Purchases are final. W Points never expire and have no cash value. THE BOARD An anonymous leaderboard ranks walkers by challenges won, with wallet size breaking ties. No names, no photos, no follower counts — you are a number and so is everyone else. Switch it off in Settings. WHAT IT IS NOT No coach. No confetti for opening the app. No badge for a three-day streak. The dashboard tells you the number you need and how far behind you are. That is the entire pitch. Delete your account whenever you want, right in Settings — account, wallet, ledger, and history erased for good.
