I cannot praise this app enough. Especially the progress that they have made over the years. Our business has been using Walkies for a couple years now, and we have generally been happy with it. We have looked at other pet sitting software and found that Walkies is the most economical and offers the most options and flexibility. If you are looking for an app to run your pet sitting or dog walking business, this is the one.

We switched to Walkies after using Time to Pet, and we're never looking back!
The difference is night and day. Time to Pet felt dated and overcomplicated, with a cluttered interface and features I never needed but constantly had to work around. Walkies is the opposite: clean, modern, and built around what actually matters in the field. Scheduling, client details, walk logging, and updates are all organized the way the job really works, and I'm not fighting the app to get through my day. It smooths out the entire tech process, leaving walkers with plenty of bandwidth to focus on what really matters, the dogs.
Another thing that sets it apart is the developer. Rob is genuinely easy to talk to, responsive, and open to feedback. I've suggested features and watched them become real updates, sometimes the same day. That's something I never experienced on a bigger pet care platform, or any other software for that matter. You're not a ticket number here, you're a member of the pack.
If you're a solo walker or small pet care business weighing your options, this is the one I'd point you to. Walkies does exactly what I need, keeps getting better, and is run by someone who is highly competent and truly cares. Could not recommend more! 🐾

Amazing app
I have been using this app for a few months now and I wish I found it sooner! It’s affordable and makes life so much easier having everything in one place (perfect for tax returns) and it’s easy to use. My clients have also been loving it and find it so much easier to make bookings, see invoices and of course seeing their pets reports.

Can’t Beat it!
Rob has built a phenomenal pet walk/sitting app! It has all the bells and whistles at the fraction of the price! I love that if a client doesn’t want to download another app they can still view my walks and drop ins and the app still sends them updates through text or email!
Great app to manage your business!
Rob has done a great job with this app. It has all the features (and more!) you need to manage your pet sitting business, all while remaining affordable for a solo sitter or small business. He is also very receptive to ideas and feature requests about app improvements!

Great option
So far Walkies has been great for me and my clients. I can add clients to keep track of visits but I don’t have to add their contact info if they don’t want to download the app. I’ve had a couple hiccups with invoicing but overall, I highly recommend Walkies.

Update 2: After Walkies newest beta release I am very happy with Walkies. It is just about everything I could want in a dog walking software. Rob did a great job listening to all of our wants and needs when creating the updated version of the app. He has also included an AI response system for questions which helps a lot. The new data tracking was the most exciting thing for me. I love to see all the numbers. Rob has also been so attentive during the beta testing stage making sure to help anytime someone catches a bug. Thank you, Rob.

This app would be so much better if he had a small support team. It’s really difficult to navigate problems when getting a response back is hit or miss. Currently I would love to get info on adding an employee and the support is just not there. I have also noticed a discrepancy in payment received tracking and would love a solution as I am having to do lots of extra work to get proper numbers. I want to see Walkies succeed. Please get additional support Rob!!!

I was struggling to close the deal with private clients prior to Walkies and since implementing the app almost every lead has turned into a client. I can’t wait to see the growth yet to come. 🫶🏼

Great for Small Business!
Walkies has been an affordable and super functional way to manage my dog walking and pet sitting business! The developer is so responsive so if I ever run into issues or have questions I know that I can get real answers. My clients love the app and I also love the fact that clients don’t have to download the app and can still receive text messages with links to their pets report cards and invoices. I highly recommend for anyone running a pet care service!!

Simply the Best!
I have used this app for almost a year now and I cannot say enough good things about it. My clients love the updates and app as well! Best part though is the creator really gives a damn about us as pet service/care providers.

I add all my clients to this app, it helps keep everything scheduled organized and uniform. Pay links make it easy for my customer to decide their preferred form of payment and fast to process. Customers love the report cards after each visit and the live updates with the app.

Easy to use and very affordable
I absolutely love this app! I really appreciate that you can take payments through the app but you do not have to if you don’t want to. It’s pretty easy to navigate once you familiarize yourself with it. It’s is so affordable which is another plus. It really helps me keep track of my bookings and my clients appreciate that there is something to use to keep track of their appointments besides just a shared calendar or something like that. I can’t wait to see the app continue to grow!

Perfect app for a pet small business owner
When I was searching for a program for my startup pet care business, I knew Walkies was the right choice. It’s affordable, packed with great features, and very easy to learn and use. My clients love it, which makes my day-to-day so much smoother.
Side note: I recently ran into some access issues (I was so worried I lost everything), but Rob jumped right in and fixed the problem promptly. Excellent support all around!

Rob is an extremely helpful person who offers Support around the clock, always gets back to you if there are any issues, welcomes feedback, and he's just overall the best app developer I've come across because I've never met anyone so dedicated to helping there customers like he does

Perfect!
I started with Walkies when I opened my dog, walking and pet sitting business. It was so easy to learn, and the developer was happy to answer any questions I had. Previously, I was doing things through text. Once I transitioned all of my clients to walkies, my life changed. Everything was so much easier and automated, and my clients really appreciated the professionalism and experience that they were now receiving. I love how Walkies is aesthetically pleasing, and really cute!

Total game changer for my business!
Before I found this app, I was communicating with clients via group texts, using a separate app for a map and route tracking/time, using an agenda to track walks and sits, using a separate app for invoicing, etc. it worked in the beginning but my business kept growing and I needed something that could do all those things for me and make things more efficient.
I tried a few other apps and didn’t care for the feel of them, and wound up finding Walkies. I’ve never looked back. The app is incredible, the developer is surprisingly super receptive to feature requests, concerns, etc - I say surprisingly because I never expected an app creator to respond.
Now that I have hired other walkers, this app has been such a huge help in my business with that as well. As a business owner, there are already a ton of other operations that we need to focus on - so this app makes things run so smoothly.
