Who actually thought this app is a good idea? Having to download, go thru signing up only to be shown a loading error page. etc etc - it’s easier to book a flight, just took my client to another building that doesn’t have this mess that just wasted 10 minutes of my life on something so that couldn’t be accomplished.

Issues with the app
I have tried for 2 days now to verified my number and still have yet to get pass through this issue. I was really hoping I could get access to this app.
Unable to confirm phone number
I was excited to start using +SelfTour. Unfortunately, I’m not able to use it because of a bug that won’t allow me to confirm my phone number. Whenever I put in my phone number, I don’t get a code. I tried getting the code sent again, but still no code. I tried signing up with my email, Gmail and App store account and was not able to get around this issue. I’m really disappointed because I liked what the app had to offer.

Used to love this app to be able to see what apartments are available but it looks like they got rid of the page? Now I am not able to filter to see what apartments are available by borough. Can this be changed back?

Hello, I answered your email and deactivated your account immediately. Like I mention to you this app is for self touring an apparent in person not to virtually your the unit. That's why you need be physicaly at the building to enable certain features.
Won’t let me confirm number
Bug on the app for iPhone. Every time I put my number to confirm, it kicks me out the app. It sends me a text but then when I try to log in the process starts over.

You can video chat or chat with the agent while you are viewing the apartment but essentially you are alone on your own schedule, how cool! It was such an easy process and a serious game changer. I appreciate it more than ever considering the pandemic and social distancing rules. I found my place same day thanks to this app! THANK YOU!

Revolutionary
I just moved to Manhattan from LA and was overwhelmed with how to go about looking for an apartment. I was staying with family just outside the city and used this wonderful app to find my new home. It made the entire process a breeze. I highly recommend using this to find your next apartment.
Why deal with brokers in person?
Made finding and walking through apts so much easier. Not big on the whole meeting and dealing with the brokers in person, would rather do it myself

This app totally revolutionized my apartment search. Super easy to use and has all the information I needed which I typically have to spend time to reach out to an agent to ask. I highly recommend this, makes the process seamless!

Easy and fast
Downloaded this app to view 4 different apartments. Was super easy to use and very informative. Especially helpful during these times in dealing with social distancing. Would highly recommend to others.

When I first moved to NYC, I wasn’t sure how to find an apartment. My friend recommended this app. It was easy to navigate and made looking for our new home a breeze. Viewing an apartment has never been so easy
After using this app it feels like this is how we should have been doing things forever!! Being able to see an apartment so seamlessly and on your own schedule is priceless. So user friendly too! Every building should have this.
Social Distancing
I needed to rent an apartment. Because of COVID-19 this was the only option I could find to tour a unit safely. Only other alternatives were virtual tours and that doesn’t cut it for me.
