Bad App don’t purchase
Trying to cancel and I can’t. Will go on every website I know to say how bad/ hard it is to cancel and not to join in the first place!!!

I need to unsubscribe from this website as I can no longer afford this app. There is no link, how do I unsubscribe?

I cancelled my subscription bc I just didn’t use the app and was able to do so quickly.

I have been trying to contact this app to cancel but the only way available is email and my request will not send. Not sure what to do next as there is no other contact info.

CMが流れてきて7分の太極拳エクササイズを推してるのですが、サイトで情報を入力してもダウンロードに辿りつかず(別のアプリのインストールしかできない誘導)、でも途中で支払いはきちんとさせる詐欺です。
問い合わせしたら返金できないと言われるし、やっと見つけたこのアプリをダウンロードしても、7分の太極拳エクササイズは無いし、なんならログインすらできないのでしょぼいメニューしかなく。問い合わせしてダウンロード先を聞いたら、リンクをもらいましたが、リンクを開こうとすると「app not found」とメッセージが表示されたので、これは詐欺だとレビューに書かせてもらいます。完全に消費者を馬鹿にしてるお粗末なアプリとサポートの対応です。

Doesn’t sync well
I like it, it just doesn’t stay synced with the health app very well.

I have tried for 3 months to cancel this and yet again they charge me. Can’t reach them
Don’t do it
When I wanted to cancel the subscription but it had never really deleted the subscription so it had kept paying me for a subscription. This app does fraud don’t download it

Caution
Signed up in October and immediately went to cancel it and since the app wasn’t under my subscriptions I thought the cancelation had gone through. I noticed a charge today (April) and another from January. I immediately called my bank to dispute charges but they suggested I get proof first. But again, the app doesn’t show up in subscriptions and I haven’t had it on my phone in 6 months. Also don’t have any emails. I only found a way to get in touch with customer support by reading through the reviews (where I see several have had a similar issue). I was told I wouldn’t be refunded due to their policy. It’s not worth spending more time on with them so I’ll eat the cost, but wanted to caution others.

Poor choice
I would give this less than one star if possible. They charge me twice for the same service and there’s no easy way to cancel

I canceled this subscription and they continue to withdraw 61.98 per month from my checking. It’s not under my subscriptions in my phone tried logging into the app and says I don’t have an account. How do I get this charges to STOP!
Cancellation impossible
I canceled my membership after the initial trial period. I was told it was taken care of. I have been billed 4999 for the past. Six months. You can’t talk to anyone and even though it was supposedly taken care of it wasn’t it is such a scam. I am heading to the bank now it’s my only recourse.
