Does not work

bluetooth connectivity doesn’t work to control the walking pad. subscription seller slop.

Problem saving steps

I constantly have the worry of my steps not being counted after I finish my workout. Even when I click save workout… It happens to me way too often for the amount of money I paid for the walking pad. Please fix this problem!

Does not save workout info

Continually does not save my work out info. Says I’ve worked out but does not show the time, distance, or steps. Also if I pause a workout it returns to all zeros and starts a new one when I resume.

It’s decent

The app has issues. It stops the treadmill randomly at times. It doesn’t always save your steps. I think this happens if you don’t save before exiting. It randomly chooses a speed even if you stopped it at a specific speed. Loses connection right after starting sometimes. It gets the job done but can be frustrating.

Always disconnects and erases data

I have my phone literally resting on the table next to the walking pad and it is constantly disconnecting. The walking pad will say 1000 steps and when I end the workout it just says 0.

Literally the most basic need of the app to track steps is mediocre at best

Give back KS FIT!

Had to change it because Ks got suddenly has stopped working… what is the worst that it does not sync with Apple Watch as before… why? And why BUY PREMIUM is now main tab? Not like previous one where YOU CAN but don’t need to if you already paying 500 bucks for threadmil…

Poor Apple Health Integration

Good potential but step track syncing with Apple Health not working. I want my steps to show in Apple Health, not just rings.

Technical issues

Using A1 Pro product

TL;DR - app built for gathering your info and selling you a subscription. Feels incomplete.

Like others I have issues being able to see past data from free-form walks. There is no recording of time or steps taken in a walking session. Without this, the whole purpose and usefulness of the app breaks down. Meanwhile the app is happy to take down your estimated steps during the day when not using the pad, sucking up personal health data and selling you on personalized training features with their premium services.

On the plus side, it connects pretty effortlessly even while the controls to change speeds are quite janky.

The UI is okay, if not baffling at moments. I don’t know why there are any widgets for this or live tracking on the lock screen… that would be nice, and earn more stars, but for now, not being able to track time spent or steps taken are glaring issues that their support has been unable to address (still waiting for support to get back to me on this). Maybe spend more time creating a complete app experience before trying to upsell me on subscriptions? 🤷🏼‍♂️

Dangerous

The app connected very easily to the treadmill so great about that. But once I get the treadmill started the app can’t stop it. Neither the pause button nor the end workout will stop it and I have to jump off! I lost the remote so it’s my only option right now

Response from developer

Hello LuliBarua, We haven't heard of this issue before. Can you verify that it has happened more than once? Are you able to check bluetooth/equipment connection while your on the machine? Will it let you reconnect then? If you want to email us as: support@lolofit.com, we will connect you with some extra free services.

Turns on the walking pad… thats it

Doesn’t sync steps correctly, doesn’t record distance at all. Unintuitive layout

This is so bad

The app stops randomly logging data and lose all my workout data 😬.

Doesn’t sync with Apple consistently

What’s the point of this app if it doesn’t sync correctly with Apple fitness apps?

Doesn't update Apple health consistently

Works fine for setting up different workouts, but does not consistently upload your progress to itself or to Apple health or fitness

Richtig schlecht

Unfortunate

App works great for getting the walking pad going but once you finish your workout, it doesn’t accurately save your progress. I walked 3800 steps, ended the session, somehow I’ve walked 8000 steps according to the progress tracker. I just wish it was accurately tracking the sessions because it’s really annoying, I have had to resort to writing it down in the notes app lol

Speed adjustment issues

Keeps Disconnecting and Not allowing speed above 1.8, the voice memos during the workouts are interrupting my music too.

Never connects automatically and doesn’t track my steps properly

This app has a mind of its own. My steps are sometimes being tracked and sometimes not at all. If I click on the “workout” section then it will stop my walking pad and also if I try and start a workout sometimes it will run for 1 second and then end the workout for me. I prefer the remote for this reason but then my steps aren’t tracked at all. This app is even worse than I imagined from the other reviews and nearly completely useless.

Doesn’t Continue Workout

When using the app for an active workout, if I switch to another app on my phone then switch back to the WalkingPad+ app, the workout stops which stops the machine. I would understand the machine stopping more if I had closed the app but not for switching between apps.

Does stay connected

This app would be great if it didn’t constantly lose the Bluetooth connection. It will suddenly stop the treadmill and end the workout, even when my phone is sitting next to it with the screen on. It’s frustrating because the handheld remote only allows for 0.5 speed increments while the app has more control (when it works).
