It is a good printer but I have parental controls and can’t use the app since it’s 18 plus so I say 1 star since I can’t use it anymore I will give it five if yall make it four plus or 13 plus

This app is freaking horrible. I hate it so much. I got this for a birthday present and I was really excited to use it and I can’t even freaking login because of the stupid app and my freaking email and for some reason it makes us makeup password, but I really can’t and I don’t know if it’s a stupid glitch or not, but it won’t let me login no matter what I type in for a password and I actually am so mad and I wanna throw my phone across. I’m at this stupid app and I am really mad.

It asked for a email when im pretty sure I didn’t sign in
I got this printer for Christmas and it was working pretty good and I put it away for a couple months, but when I re-opened the app it requested a email and password?? I didn’t sign in with the email it was showing me, and I can’t print stuff anymore!!
So annoying
You have to log in with a email code, which it doesn’t give you or say any, then it says my email is invalid
Pls remove log in
I have had this product for Over a. Month and so now it’s making me sign in idk FIX THIS NOW
