Unfortunately this app and accompanying printer are very basic , I wanted to use it for allergen labels , but every time you try to download a file and believe me I tried all file formats although it says it’s downloaded it hasnt it shows a 0 for downloads
So for me to have to use the template option every single time I need to print the same label and type the whole thing out is just too time consuming.
Also there are no options for fonts and the size options are very minimal
All in all apart from the above mentioned problems it is pretty useless if you want to print labels

Requires WiFi information
It request Bluetooth and WiFi login information. I wouldn’t do that to any unknown app. Do t need China login our network.
App not opening?
Just bought the printer, installed app and when I start the app, the screen just stays blank and white. iPhone 16 Pro Max, iOS 26.3. Please help!

Wie kann man nur so etwas schwachsinniges programmieren? Nichts funktioniert richtig und der Ausdruck sieht einfach nur miserabel aus. Text wird grundsätzlich am Ende gebrochen, auch mitten im Wort. Selbst wenn ich ein Textfeld auf volle Breite des Etikett erstelle, habe ich rings um einen großen Rand. Es wird alles so klein gedruckt, dass es kaum zu lesen ist. Gott sei Dank bei Amazon gekauft, der Quatsch geht sofort wieder zurück.
