Not worth it
I dont recommend this app. I downloaded it and it still hasn’t opened for the past 5 hours, seriously don’t recommend.

I love this printer and app so much it's so pretty and does an amazing job! I have made a lot of projects for my friends with these print outs and they all loved it!
New Update Removed Some Features
The new update made it so I can no longer print longer label lengths. It’s now capped out at 95 mm. Please make it able to print longer lengths again so it doesn’t waste so much paper.

Ruined a great app 🙁
Used this so much but then didn’t use for a few months, now it’s all ruined. Doesn’t work, confusing, and no longer worth the time.
Just says paper isn’t loaded
The app connects to the printer and just says the paper isn’t loaded when I try to print. I’ve tried restarting the printer, flipping the paper around and even cleaning dust off. It still says the paper isn’t loaded even though it is. Highly recommend not getting this printer or app.
Didn’t connect
It didn’t connect to my device and kept telling me to redownload the app which I did and it never worked

Could not print with this app
I could not print ANY photos + of i didn t give full acces to my photos it would keep pressing me to do so! LIKE WHY DO YOU WANT ACCES TO ALL MY PHOTOS IF I ALREADY SAID NO

I mean, I agree with some people, but I think they’ve changed it so that you can actually get into the office now there’s some things that if I could, I would very well change one of the things is you have to Bluetooth your printer to the app before you can use most of the special things on there on, but I would like to just use them without having to pair my device because sometimes I can’t pair it without my Internet and my Internet goes out sometimes so I like to make things so that when I get my Internet back, I can just pair it and then I can just print it easily, but I can’t do that unless my printer is connected

PDF print does not work
I wanted to use the app for PDF files (labels) printing stored in my phone.
The recommended procedure according to the app help does not work. PDF file does nor load into the app, so app is useless for me.
