I tryed about 50 times to print a picture of me and my friends and it only printed the wall behind us it didn't work at all and I hate it

Could use faster AI response
I love the app it’s amazing but it could use like a lot more faster responses for the AI part and more photos

The app just loads nothing comes up, you sign in and blank screen nothing works , it down loaded 5 different times to update. Terrible, what a waste! Take my advice do t waste your time!

Not worth it
I dont recommend this app. I downloaded it and it still hasn’t opened for the past 5 hours, seriously don’t recommend.

I love this printer and app so much it's so pretty and does an amazing job! I have made a lot of projects for my friends with these print outs and they all loved it!
App lässt sich nicht öffnen
Neuerdings soll man sich beim öffnen der App anmelden, was nicht funktioniert! Daher kann die App nicht mehr genutzt/ geöffnet werden!!
New Update Removed Some Features
The new update made it so I can no longer print longer label lengths. It’s now capped out at 95 mm. Please make it able to print longer lengths again so it doesn’t waste so much paper.

Ruined a great app 🙁
Used this so much but then didn’t use for a few months, now it’s all ruined. Doesn’t work, confusing, and no longer worth the time.
Just says paper isn’t loaded
The app connects to the printer and just says the paper isn’t loaded when I try to print. I’ve tried restarting the printer, flipping the paper around and even cleaning dust off. It still says the paper isn’t loaded even though it is. Highly recommend not getting this printer or app.
Didn’t connect
It didn’t connect to my device and kept telling me to redownload the app which I did and it never worked

I could not print ANY photos + of i didn t give full acces to my photos it would keep pressing me to do so! LIKE WHY DO YOU WANT ACCES TO ALL MY PHOTOS IF I ALREADY SAID NO
