Unable to Use Apple Cash

Paying with Apple Cash used to be automatic when paying an Apple Card credit bill. Now there is a button (I am told by tech support) to select to make a payment with Apple Cash. Where is that button? Can you provide a link to page with a graphic I will see. NO.

Difficult to navigate and find billing information

Different format than phone. Still can’t get statement information. So far it is selling me a Star Bucks cards.

We’re sorry for the confusion. Wallet Cards is designed to create and store wallet passes (such as loyalty, gift, and membership cards), but it doesn’t display credit card or bank account statements. If you were looking for billing information, that would typically be available in your bank’s app or Apple Wallet, depending on your card. If there’s something specific you’re trying to do, please contact us through the app—we’d be happy to help.

fantastic for barcodes

our local parks are switching to digital passes, they send you a letter with a barcode printed on it, but you can’t just add it to you appleWallet. Take a photo of it with this app, and it does all the work for you.

Sorry for the confusion. You can import supported Apple Wallet passes by opening Apple Wallet, tapping the pass, tapping Share, choosing Wallet Creator, then tapping Import. We’re adding clearer in-app guidance for this.

Sorry for the frustration. You can create and save cards for free, but some extra actions may show an ad. We’re making that clearer and improving the barcode view so QR/barcodes are easier to scan. Please email support@astrumcomputing.com and we’ll help get your card working.

Looks good but doesn’t work

look good in images and feature but it doesn’t move forward after you have watched their ad. if keeps stuck on screen. if you exit, you watch ad again and loop continues until you get frustrated and delete app
