When you try to add a card the ad won’t load and it won’t let you put a card on it

Unable to Use Apple Cash

Paying with Apple Cash used to be automatic when paying an Apple Card credit bill. Now there is a button (I am told by tech support) to select to make a payment with Apple Cash. Where is that button? Can you provide a link to page with a graphic I will see. NO.
