No way to deactivate your account
Be vary wary of signing up with Walletdoc. Once they have your personal details, which include payment details, there is no way of deleting nor deactivating your account.
Numerous requests to delete my account, along with all my personal details including bills I pay, have been ignored.
My advice is to NOT sign up with Walletdoc!!!

Great app, simple and easy to use. Allows multiple payments for different properties same time. Well done!
App is not adding much benefit
The app isn't pulling my bills in automatically. So it ends up just being a payment app which I can do via my banking app anyway. No real benefit there.

This company provides everything! We use the Point of Sale Machine, QR code, App, and useful button to help us out on all our payment needs! If you want simplicity and efficiency then this is the company for you!
Easypay
I have used the walletdoc for payment of my rates and taxed using the easy pay reference. Even though al the details are correct city of joburg does not recognise walletdoc. I have raised a query with walletdoc and awaiting feedback.

Great for organizing payments. It was a bit difficult to understand how to set up the receiving of emailed accounts. Called the call center and they explained it.
useful app for tracking and paying bills
Really hope that payments via American Express will be supported soon. Also doesnt seem to support mails that are automatically forwarded with a rule

I think if the system used our ID's to pull some bills it would be better but for now the concept is not great... hope the update will address this
Not nice
I hope there will be improvements. A bill was sent to the email on my account. Nothing more. The app can't even acknowledge that a bill has arrived. Not nice
