Terrible
I had to put my card information five times before it would work. I ended up deleting any cards that I had set up to make auto pay, then inputted all the information again before it would finally work.
It has improved
It has improved for sure. No glitches in making payments. Much of the text is too large and overlaps which can make it difficult to understand and navigate. Also the text on the images of the credit cards is too big and I cannot figure out what card I am choosing to make the payment from.

Man it was simple to pay my bill! This app/website is impressive to use!
Apple Pay not working
Apple Pay hasn’t worked for several months. When will it be fixed? I enter the amount, select the AP button, phone approves after Face ID verification, but ‘Next’ button gives an error message that says I have to select a method of payment.
