About

Wallet Full keeps the details you would rather not write down — card numbers, PINs, passport and licence numbers, software keys, account passwords — encrypted on your device behind a single master password. WHAT YOU CAN KEEP IN IT Seventeen ready-made card types: credit card, bank account, password, website, email account, passport, ID card, driving licence, social security and health numbers, membership, car, mobile phone, software and hardware serial numbers, notes, and anything else. Each one comes with the fields it actually needs, and you can add, rename, reorder or remove fields on any card. Fields know what they hold, so a number field gives you a number pad, a date field a date picker, a phone number is tappable, and a password stays hidden until you ask to see it. PHOTOS OF THE REAL THING Add a picture of the front and back of a card, crop and rotate it, and it is stored encrypted alongside the details. Useful for the things that are easier to show than to type. ENCRYPTION Your card names, every field value and both photos are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. The key is derived from your master password with 600,000 PBKDF2-SHA256 iterations and a random salt unique to your wallet, so no precomputed table helps an attacker, and each wallet has to be attacked on its own. Authenticated encryption means a tampered or corrupted wallet is refused rather than quietly decoded into nonsense. Your master password is never stored anywhere in the wallet — only a verifier that costs exactly as much to attack as the key itself. Wallets made by earlier versions are upgraded in place. Your master password does not change, and a copy of the previous wallet is kept until the upgraded one has opened cleanly several times. STAYING LOCKED Unlock with Face ID or Touch ID, or with your master password. The wallet locks itself after a delay you choose, and again the moment the app leaves the screen, so nothing is left visible in the app switcher. Copying a value puts it on this device's clipboard only, never on other devices, and it clears itself shortly afterwards. FINDING THINGS Group cards however you like with your own free-text groups, browse by group or by card type, jump with the A–Z index, and mark the ones you reach for most as favourites. Search covers card names, groups and field labels. Search deliberately does not look inside field values. Your secrets are not put into a search index. PASSWORD GENERATOR Generate a password of the length you want, from the character sets you want, with a strength readout as you go. BACKUP (FULL VERSION) Back up an encrypted copy of your wallet to your own OneDrive, and restore it on another device — or in the Windows version, which reads the same encrypted file. A restored wallet is checked thoroughly before it replaces the one you have. FREE AND FULL The free version stores as many cards as you like using the built-in card types. The full version adds your own custom card types and OneDrive backup and restore. IPHONE AND IPAD One app for both. On iPad you get a sidebar with your list and the selected card side by side; on iPhone, the familiar tabs. Works with Dynamic Type, VoiceOver and Dark Mode. FOURTEEN LANGUAGES English, Spanish, Catalan, German, French, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Russian, Swedish, Finnish, Turkish, Simplified and Traditional Chinese. PRIVACY There is no Wallet Full account and no server of ours to sign in to. Your wallet lives on your device. It leaves only if you ask it to, as an encrypted file, to your own OneDrive. Please keep your own backups. Encrypted data protected by a password you alone know cannot be recovered by anyone if that password is lost.

What's New in WalletFull

1.4

August 4, 2026

STRONGER ENCRYPTION Wallets are now protected with AES-256-GCM, a salt unique to each wallet, and 600,000 key-derivation iterations. Tampered or corrupted data is refused rather than decoded into nonsense, and the stored password verifier now costs as much to attack as the key itself. Wallets from earlier versions are offered an upgrade after you unlock. Your master password does not change, a copy of the previous wallet is kept until the new one has opened cleanly several times, and you can start it yourself at any time from Settings. A NEW ABOUT SCREEN App information, conditions of use and support now live on their own screen instead of a row in Settings. FIXES AND POLISH - Restored backups are checked properly — schema, version, integrity and password verifier — before they replace your wallet - The wallet file now uses stronger data protection at rest - Fixed a crash upgrading a wallet whose cards had no photo - Fixed the upgrade offer not appearing when unlocking with Face ID - The password generator no longer produces a biased selection, and can no longer be asked for an impossible password - Many smaller fixes to layout, keyboards, Dynamic Type and VoiceOver throughout
