I would accept a paid only app or an app that has a free limited tier with ads. This app is essentially free to download and look at pictures but that’s it. If there is no free option they should just be upfront about it.

Terrible app but good images
Unable to select a search filter. Whenever I try and select a search filter, another filter menu pops up over the first one, and so on. If you try selecting a filter a few times, you then have to back out of multiple menus.
Not working
Like the other reviews have stated, this app doesn’t seem to load any of the wallpapers. Don’t bother paying for the subscription.

Not paying a monthly fee for a wallpaper app
This trend of charging people monthly for something that they can get online for free is ridiculous. I'll just stick to downloading wallpapers from a web browser. Thanks for ruining app space forever.
Can’t download wallpapers without paying
No download option without paying a subscription fee. There’s not even an option for a one time payment, it’s only subscription based. Way better alternatives out there that allow for free downloads.

This is the good stuff.
There’s no way I’m giving them anything less than five stars. I’d give them six if I could. Been a fan of wallhaven for years so I was excited to discover they have a dedicated app. The app isn’t quite as good as the website (won’t filter out all the anime girls, for some reason), but the content is still there. Fantastic, endless array of high quality art. Get it get it get it and just send out the pittance for premium right away. You won’t be sorry.

A worthless cash grab
A wallpaper app that you can’t download wallpapers from is a worthless cash grab. I went straight to the website and downloaded the wallpaper I wanted for free.
Subscription fee?
Cool, so now I get to pay you a recurring fee to NOT have watermarks on wallpapers you don’t own from the main site that you also don’t own? Yeah no thanks. I think I’ll just stick to the website considering it’s free and still easy to use. I was considering paying the vip just to save a couple clicks in the process but a one time payment isn’t an option and 19.99 for a year?!
