I have a Wallis acct which i can access online, but everytime i try to log in on the app, the Cloudflare verification fails therefore not letting me use any member deals that may be available. Please fix this!
Truly terrible app…
Not only is the layout, and general functionality poor, but each time that I attempt to log on to the app, it requires a CloudFlare verification that I am human, which fails time and time again…This is NOT an isolated incident and happens each and every time that I attempt to log on over the course of several weeks…Wallis, you are losing customers due to your apps poor design and functionality! People are just giving up and going to Event Cinema instead after so many failed attempts…Do better!!!

App useless
This app used to work fine but I can now no longer logon to it; it fails on the “verify your human” checkbox. Problem on both iPhone and iPad o/s version 26.x. No longer fit for purpose.

Had an account for awhile and used it a lot.
One day I get logged out and I can’t log back in.
I thought I should be able to tell the cashier my name and phone number to use my account and get cheaper tickets next time I went.
I gave them my details and my account doesn’t exist anymore.
Tried changing my password to my account but it’s “Invalid”.
Then I tried to make a new account but my email is already in use……..

Not user Friendly
The new app is terrible. It’s difficult to navigate, won’t show timetables without a log in, no option review movies and I have a birthday reward ticket but I can’t access it!

Makes you signup to do anything on the the app. I can’t even look at the session times without an unclosable signup form popping up.
Waste of time - please fix
You Log in and then gets to a page that wants you to pick your preferences then activate before you can proceed or view any other content. The page refuses to activate. Have tried multiple times, changed password and even uninstalled app and reloaded it and the issue remains. What a waste of my time. I am not the only one complaining about this in this review section so please fix.

Can’t see any movies without logging into my account which won’t let me. Hit activate account and nothing happens keeps going back to the same page even though all spaces are filled in.
Just want to see what’s on but can’t without logging onto my account which I shouldn’t need to do to check the movie program.

What the?
There is something seriously wrong with this app. At some point in the past I registered for their members program, but stopped halfway as DOB was mandatory (who does that anymore?). Now whenever I open the app I get a splash to finish registration and can’t avoid it, rendering the whole app useless! Event cinemas it is for me!

App is total garbage. I’m a Wallis member but can’t login constantly says this member already exists, but if I go to website I can login with no problems

Your app was convenient to use, now I can’t get past the log in screen! I’m a mywallis member and can log in via website but not app…
Useless app
Have to search for the login, should be up front. Gets to a screen showing user already exists with no exit from that screen. Have to delete and reinstall the app to proceed. Useless amateur coding. I’ve spent half an hour trying to make a booking now with no success.
Doesn’t work
I can’t get started on the app on iPad. After selecting theatre, it goes to cookies page where it gets stuck. No good at all.
Fantastic app
The recent updates to this app are fantastic, works perfectly! Highly recommend that you download it if you like a night/day out at the movies! Can’t go wrong with Wallis!

Really needs to fix the bugs and show what movies are on and session times
