It takes forever and jams and glitches to delete an item or even put together a grocery order becaus
For several years deleting one item would take minutes to hours the app would freeze adding items putting together a grocery order could take me several hours spread out over several days and finally about a month ago it started moving at a normal speed
App works great

Price gouging
I think it’s really terrible that Walmart is hiding under the umbrella of inflation to price gouge their customers
App get glitchy
I like the app, it bogs down and gets glitchy though. It also seems like it only show certain items. Other than that it works great and is convenient.

I do enjoy the Walmart app! As a SAHM it is truly helpful to have the app and be able to grocery shop from home Also have it delivered on the days that I am unable to get the whole family out due to unforeseen circumstances.

Great app if you love being lazy and frustrated. The app seams like it is programmed by a child who’s running windows 95, really glitchy. Love the concept though, I know Walmart is an up and coming small business so maybe next year if they can find some extra cash in their couch cushions or maybe in their billions in profits they can afford hire someone high school kids to upgrade the app. Dude, you guys are WALMART!!!!! Wally World!!!! Do better…. And bring back the smiley face too, maybe start selling ammo again, you could unionize also that would be pretty cool.

Walmart home delivery for groceries is a lifesaver
I am handicapped in a wheelchair. If Walmart didn't have home delivery for groceries, I don't know what I would do. They are awesome lifesavers.
Lagging BAD
I use this app weekly for my grocery delivery. Every week , without fail, this app either stops working or lags so bad , I have to restart it constantly. For a MULTI-BILLION DOLLAR Company, this app is absolutely TERRIBLE.

Don’t like the app. Gives options you can’t have, always arrives later than expected, always laggy even with updates, don’t update, easily the worst app. They do have good customer service though.
