Unbelievable
I was in line to check out at the store and I asked them to price match the item as there was a discount online. This lady told me who is very rude that I have to buy it online and wait for it to come in. She would not check out the item and give me the discount in store. So instead, I went to my car place the order and now it’s gonna be delivered for free at my house today, costing Walmart unnecessary money.

This service is useless if I still have to stand and wait for an associate to RESCAN all items at checkout every time I use it. I wanted to like this service but so far if I could give 0 stars I would

I’m always impressed at how I’m able to get the things that I need when I need them. I don’t have a car so I’m not able to hop up and go to the store but using Walmart plus really helps me feel independent.

Can’t schedule auto service
Tried to schedule a tire installation and at the very end of scheduling the service, it just says “sorry having a technical issue. Try again later” with no ability to troubleshoot the problem. You’d think with how big and profitable Walmart is, they’d be able to put together a decent app that works. Dump your garbage app and for gods sake start using Apple Pay in your stores.

I'd seriously appreciate it if you would stop trying to push me into buying more products after I've already started to try paying for an order. Stop trying to make me pay for EBT items with my debit card it's the most confusing thing. I try to remove my card from the order and get a technical difficulties message.. I just want to remove my debit card from an order that's all..

this app is so horribly made it’s always buggy no matter how many times i get an update. it’s actually embarrassing that a multi million dollar company can’t have a functioning app. i have to go to the website just to order my groceries because it’s that horrific.
