Worst service in the business
I actually did not know there were services this bad out there. I have no idea how they can have almost a five star rating. The process is extremely slow. It took one full day just for them to request the transfer from our bank. After the request was made Ria keeps it held back for four days until they release it to the person that’s being sent to. I would not recommend this service to anyone and will not use it again myself.

Almost 7 hrs and still hasn’t gone through
Sent a transfer at 8:57am, by 3:51pm still not available. CS says it will be available today but don’t know what time. Don’t waste your time with this app.

Pesimo servicio envie una transferencia de 50 dlls a mi abuelo y la pusieron en revison me comunico por chat y me transfieren con un agente me dice que mi transferencia ocupa unas preguntas y me han marcado pero no contesto que marque yo asi que llamo y cada que marco me dicen que si ocupan algo me llamaran, llamada que nunca llega y tampoco quieren regresarme mi dinero de verdad que pesimo servicio tienen y todo por $50 dlls

Not useful, complete waste of time
I went to send $115 to my friend. Transaction in progress, then canceled with no notice or explanation. Started another transaction. After waiting 25 min, longer than the advertised 15 min, I chatted with cust service in the app. Said the transfer was in review and that shouldn’t take longer than 2 hours. After 2.5 hours I entered the chat again. Rep said was escalating. After another hour transaction canceled w/no explanation. Went back into chat, was told I need to call the fraud department through cust service. Called and they were closed for the day. Called the next day and was transferred 6 times over 45 minutes, until they transferred me back to the original phone tree! At that point I hung up.
Completely useless waste of time and effort. Would give negative stats if that was an option.

3 business days to transfer
I thought this was instant. It takes up to 3 business days. What was most upsetting is customer service told me it would take a few minutes and to check my email for verification. So if you need money fast, this is not the app.
Warning..Don’t Use
I used this app to send money to a friend in Omaha Nebraska and Walmart store #4138 refused to let her pick it up. Said she needed her information on file even though she had a valid drivers license with the correct name and also the pin and order number for the money transfer. Would not recommend using them ever. What should have been an east transaction turned into a nightmare. I finally called and requested a refund 😡

Even though they took out my money from the bank, the person I intended to send it to cannot pull out the money. It’s been more than 5 days now.

One of the most crooked apps ever!! Walmart should be charged with fraud. They took $700 from my wife and then told the receiver they had to wait hours the money never came.!

A little confusing.
Needs better instructions related to what to expect as you work through the app. Like have the recipient’s phone number and identification information on hand before beginning your transfer.
Locked out
I’ve used this app for years now and now my account is locked out. Not even customer service knows why. Very strange since I can’t log in to even get a reference number
Excellent way to Send Money
I have had a chance to use the Walmart2Walmart service now a half dozen times and I have to say that the process is very user friendly and safe. I haven’t had any negative issues with recipients not getting there money and the transactions are quick and effortless.

Don’t use this app
I needed to send money to my sister who is vacationing out of state. I downloaded this application, entered all of my information, and debit card info. I transferred the money to my Sister and got the confirmation, transaction number, and pin. The funds were immediately “held” from my bank account, then 10 minutes later I got an email saying that my transaction had been cancelled(by Ria)due to it being “suspicious.” It also stated that if I tried to place any other orders, those orders would be immediately rejected. All of my information was correct, they held the funds in my bank account, so what was the reason for this? I have no idea, this is supposed to be a money transfer service right? By the way, the funds have still not been released back to my bank account. BEWARE of this service!

Worst app ever.
Worst app ever. I spent all the time to set up this stupid thing thinking it works the same as Walmart to Walmart online. Nope. My disabled uncle had to get a ride to pick up the money only to be told there was a hold on my money that had already been taken out of my account. They said he had to wait 6 hours…instead of the normal 15 min. So I told them to cancel it and I would I re-send it in Walmart.com. Of course my money didn’t deposit right back into my account. So now I’m out double the money until I get refunded as much as 2-4 days from now. Convenient? Not at all. Total nightmare! I’m uninstalling this useless app ASAP Want another funny issue. When writing a one star review the app doesn’t allow my typewriter letters to pop up. I had to clip and paste this from notes in order to write a complaint. Nice touch!
