I wanted to order room service to my room. So I scanned a QR that they gave me but here’s the thing I had to download an app but you might be saying “That’s not that bad.” BUT! That wasn’t it the crazy thing is the only thing than I needed was to order room service so I did order AND IT SENT ME TO A DIFFERENT WEBSITE! DID I NEED TO DOWNLOAD A APP FOR YOU TO SEND ME TO A WEBSITE!?

Ruined your own app!
The new update is horrendous! Did anyone actually try this garbage out from the user end, before updating? The old version was basic but effective. It was easy to use. Easy to see. Information easy to find. New version color scheme makes text difficult to see. Layout is confusing and makes information hard to find. Worst app update I’ve ever seen! Not hyperbole.

Disappointed to see a $1700 room rate for 12/15
I have been trying to book a block of rooms for my family 12/15-12/18 only to keep seeing that the Dolphin and Swan are showing a rate of $1700 on Friday 12/15 and then regular rates Saturday, Sunday and Monday. I am a Marriott Bonvoy Member and I have called the hotel plus Marriott Bonvoy for help as it messes with our whole Disney Vacation. Now we will have to bounce back and forth between different hotels and reservations and why? I still haven’t received an answer-.just the hotel can make the prices what ever they want whenever they want!

Easy to use
You can use the app or the website to view menus for restaurants. I ordered room service no problem and it was shorter wait then quoted. My only wish was that the Mobile dining for pool was also on the mobile dining section on the app so I didn’t have to go 2 places to get it.
Useless app
Like others have said it just doesn't work. Can't order room service, guess I'm calling the front desk. Why not have a website, this thing is stupid. I can't believe Disney is putting their name on this.
Not up to Disney standard
Bunch of static info. For most things you have to call on the phone. Map is not interactive and not complete. ‘Shopping’ doesn’t reference names of stores.

My feet were tired and I just wanted room service. I don’t want another app, I want dinner. But even after downloading the stupid app, all it did was redirect me to a web site that still didn’t work. Useless and pointless, a complete waste of 20 minutes of my time, and I still don’t have any food coming.

Doesn’t work on older phones
Works on iPhone 13 but not on a 7 or an XS so only one of our party can use it. Also didn’t work on older iPad

Just annoying
They make you download this app to see all the menus for every restaurant in the two hotels instead of directing us to a website and when you do view a menu it’s just a really small scanned pdf
App does not load
The app loops at the first menu screen. Anytime you click a link it takes you right back to the first screen. The app is unusable.

Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin
The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin application is a great resource for those who are staying at the Disney branded hotels as you can access information that will be helpful to decide how you plan your daily schedule. With the app you can look up theme parks information, transportation times for services that take you to and from the hotel to the parks, hotel contact and dining options and much more. The app is also helpful for those who aren't at Walt Disney World but want to learn more about the hotel with a photo gallery and videos as well as the option to make a reservation and get notice of current promotions. Anyone who visits or plans to visit the Disney Florida resort should download this application.

Tapping almost anything causes the app to lock up indefinitely. You're better off just visiting their website in your favorite web browser.
