I won at the slots and claimed one, then won another day didn’t let me claim, then only got to spin two times when it said I did it 3

Same as the other person who left a review. I played, won my item and haven’t been able to get back into the app since. Disappointing
There’s no point of trying to win if you can’t claim your prize.
I won on the “slots” and won a free pin and it wouldn’t let me claim it.
Needs improvement
After I played and won my item, that app crashed and I could not re load it again .this app needs to improve to get bette quality service .needs repair
