I tried to use this app. I connected to the in flight Wi-Fi and everything. It never worked. I had no movies or tv for the entire flight and the flight attendants would not help me. This was truthfully one of the worst flight experiences of my life. Try at all costs to avoid this airline. If I could give it a lower review I would. What a completely terrible experience.

Worst flight experience ever!
Movie and tv selection on outboard flight was pathetic.
Return flight the onboard WiFi didn’t even work so no one could even access the entertainment!!! The app worked I guess, which is what this review should be about. That said if you can avoid this airline you should.
