Rubbish
My son & his flat mates are supposed to use this app to report any urgent maintenance issues within their student accommodation, however it doesn’t work for any of them & the accommodation staff won’t respond to maintenance requests in person so what do you propose they do? Upon logging in & selecting their place of residence the screen goes blank & is unusable so it needs fixed along with most of the contents of their accommodation!
