Picture quality is great. Only downfall is the app.
Your app is useless. It’s hard to navigate. It won’t record even when there is SIM cards in there. I’ve also paid a membership for 3 out of 4 cameras and I can’t access the videos so very disappointed.

I can not connect my other two cameras to my account. They were all purchased together but only two will connect.

0 stars!!!!! Was fine when purchased but now that it’s updated, you can’t even format the SD card, absolute piece of garbage.

Not compatible with older versions
This app is not compatible with the older version of camera that I have.
Total visual security
Totally delighted with the camera system for the front and back of my property. It is amazing what is going on and the wildlife observations late evening early morning is mind blowing.

Cannot subscribe
Payment gateway faulty, have tried numerous times to subscribe but fails at last hurdle. Been going on for months
Latest version requires cloud subscription to be useful.

Horrible app
This app is so annoying and difficult to use. The PayPal option is a huge pain to deal with each month. It doesn’t save any of your info and if it’s declines once you have to set it up all over again. If you change anything about your WiFi it takes hours to set up again. I HATE THIS APP.

I just got a 4th cam for my bird house and feeder setups, bit, it turns out their "Extended" plan for $9.99/mo is not actually available. They want you to pay $16.99/mo from $6.99/mo, when you breech the 3 camera limit. Their customer support also admits their website is wrong.
Get a micro SD card and don't give them any more money. It's kind of scammy for them to do this. And yes, all cams I have from them are able to be on a subscription. I actually just removed one and added my new PTZ one in its place. Works just fine.

Starting to run slow now. It takes forever for the camera to actually pop

Noticed at 4AM that the camera turned on by itself and after I turned it off it still turned back on
