Having only PayPal for a payment method is ridiculous it gives the card option but if you try it doesnt work and takes you straight to pay pal what is with that

This app only works when you’re in the app with the one camera looking at the screen. I expected it to send notifications when it saw movement. I can walk into my shop and back out with no notification.

Malfunction
So, I noticed there was an update. Well the service was amazing I didn’t get any plan I just used the basic service and it was great even tho it only took fotos of movement before or after or maybe while it happened, although apart from that. Once the new update rolled in my phone got logged out of the Gmail, and, I can’t check the cameras I have set. I will have to wait because they are out of state to reconnect them. Although if it can be fixed that would be incredible, great service though.

This works so good i use it as a living room camera and it works great but sometimes it crashes but i think thats for older models and i have a G5 and its good and its a little old but works so good ngl get them

Problème de détection depuis août 2026
Je rencontre depuis quelques jours un problème avec mes caméras sur Wansview Cloud.
Mon abonnement Plan IA Général – Pro est bien actif pour 3 caméras. Les alertes IA sont activées 24h/24, avec reconnaissance et notifications pour Humain, Véhicule, Animal domestique et Paquet. Les notifications iPhone sont également toutes autorisées.
Pourtant, les événements sont enregistrés uniquement comme “Mouvement” et ne sont plus classés par l’IA. De plus, les notifications push arrivent avec un retard important, parfois environ 2 minutes, alors qu’elles étaient auparavant quasiment instantanées.
J’ai déjà réinitialisé les caméras, sans amélioration. La détection de mouvement fonctionne bien et les clips sont enregistrés dans le Cloud.
Pouvez-vous vérifier s’il y a actuellement un problème avec le service IA ou les notifications push Wansview Cloud, ou si mon abonnement IA est mal synchronisé avec mes caméras ?
