Wrong detection
This app used to be good, but now for some reason, it can’t tell the difference between a human and a moving car all my human notification are all cars and that’s no good.

Since the latest update the sound cuts out terrible non stop, The picture is a little laggy but if someone is talking you can’t hear anything

These cameras are apparently easy to hack, once a person gets your internet info you no longer have control of them! I have tried everything including getting several new modems!!!

The app interface is ok. Easy to maneuver through and find things.
My issue is that I have two scheduled times that I for sure want to see alerts. Pretty simple enter a start time and end time in 24-hr not 12-hr (PM/AM).
Doesn’t work. I never get alerts during those scheduled times. But I do when it’s outside of those times.
No choice to rate below average on a simple thing that doesn’t work right.

Functionality
Why does this app require the user to TROUBLESHOOT everything?
This app should come ready to use in the highest alerts set possible. Are people buying cameras “not” to get notifications and alerts? Do you think I WANT the camera to start recording when perpetrators are EXITING my property so I get a great view of their bums?
I feel like you have to have experience and know how to navigate all the information required to get the alerts set just to get the camera to start recording the creepy hooded stranger that was lurking on my porch the other day.
I’ve had the cameras well over a month. And still Very uncomfortable using this app. I don’t know how to navigate it. It needs to be simplified. Categorized in a more streamlined easy “does it with one click”
Leave all the extra tweaks and special MI3 in the advanced settings for all the experienced users and techies out there. Definitely not for first time users.

Should’ve bought something quality
Not as advertised
It says it does continuous recording! But that’s not true it sometimes records motion other times it completely misses activity! It’s frustrating because I got it to get notifications when someone’s on my property. It won’t even get me while I’m walking around right in front of the camera! Waste of money I’ll have to look for something else.

Bonne caméra, mais mérite amélioration
Caméra facile à installer et facile, l’utilisation. De jour comme de nuit.
La batterie tient vraiment très longtemps.
Au niveau de la détection, par contre je trouve ça dommage d’avoir autant de fausses alertes.
La caméra détecte mon chat, malgré que je ne souhaite pas être notifié quand c’est le cas si la détection de mouvement + l’alarme est enclenché l’alarme sonne. J’ai l’impression que c’est beaucoup plus le cas depuis la mise à jour de l’application et la proposition de souscrire à des packs payants..
Je trouve dommage qu’elle ne sonne pas uniquement en cas de détection humaine.
De plus, malgré que je sois en fibre les notifications mettent presque 10 secondes à venir sur mon téléphone (récent) .
Je possède une autre caméra qui est beaucoup plus rapide.
Je pense que d’ajouter une option pour que l’alarme sonne uniquement en cas de détection humaine serait un vrai plus.

Mittlerweile läuft die App
Ich habe die Kameras schon ein paar Jahre und wenn drauf an kam, vielen die Kammeras, nach Updates regelmäßig im Urlaub aus.
Seit ca. zwei Jahren laufen die Kameras sauber. Selbst die neue Kamera, die über Solarzellen läuft, läuft perfekt!

Always gets screwed up with updates
This worked ok until recently when the timeline now does not play back. Although supposedly recording 24/7 try moving to a few places on the timeline, all u will get is a spinning circle, so if u can’t play back anywhere on the timeline except the highlighted recordings it’s pretty pointless even using it. This has had three updates recently in quick succession and still doesn’t work so I’m not convinced their tech people know what they are doing. Let’s see what the next “update” brings !! 😡
