Favorite mobile game of all time
I love this game! I’ve played it for like 10 years. Truly an amazing game. I wish more people played it. I’ve never encountered a video game that is more enjoyable for me.

Pay to Play
It’s definitely a pay to play kind of game. Once you get past the tutorials and progress further into the game you hit a brick wall. Everything you really need requires you to get them from events, or to pay money. But the only way to actually do good and get the things you need from events is by paying money for it. It’s just a huge circle of needing something to progress and having to pay money because the game doesn’t reward you with the stuff you need by competing and completing other objectives.

War of legions
Need to fix iPhone8 bugs sometimes when trying to call to arms doesn’t load/work also tried nox player no difference same results . Other then that good game same principle as dark summoner rest of game is fine just certain bugs
A-team, great devs if they still cared.
This would be such a good game if they fixed the missions screen. It loads blank and doesn’t do anything past that. Other than that, this game is working better than its counterpart - DarSummoner. Sad to see A-team not caring about their games anymore. Was fun while they lasted....
Unstable game play
I was one of the original players of this game when it was first released and I have to say...so much has changed since then. Always had problems back then with how expensive it was just to keep within the competition. Now, it’s even worse. I haven’t played in about 2-3 years because of it. To ease your thoughts...don’t bother with the game because it’s really not worth spending your hard earned money on trash like this game.

Best to look for a different game there’s too much wrong with this one... lag central during battle.. 1% chance at good stuff that means 99% chance at crap u will never use or need and that’s per 100$ spent...
Pay for play game
To be able to battle with a clan you need to pay to win. Almost every week there is a new game breaking skill that comes out to make you spend more just to have fun and win. There are times that you are lucky and get one new skill just to have it be useless the next week or two. All of the Ateam games end up exactly the same, slowly increasing spending till you can’t continue and then people quit. The only players that are left are the ones that spend hundreds if not thousands to keep up with the fast pace. Also the game is full of bugs and trans failure issues. The thing i do enjoy is the comrades I’ve played with.

Past player
Just like dark summoner the devs got greedy and made this game bad. Went from being a fun free to play or even pay to play with awesome rewards, to garbage rewards for free players and not-so-decent rewards for players who would spend less than $200 just to hopefully get something useful in an event. More and more features were introduced but the bugs/glitches/connection issues kept getting worse and worse. I had stopped playing last year after playing the game since it first came out. And now I had decided to get back into it to see if the game has improved or if it’s worse, but I cannot. I am able to log into my AteamID account but when it takes me back to the app nothing happens. So I can’t tell anyone if the game has been improved or gotten worse.

Slow, Hard for New Players,Pay Walls
I used to play two years ago, had a level 75 account I got a new phone and haven’t been able to data transfer at all. I log in and it still doesn’t work. It’s broken. Every option you pick has a load times and it takes a few seconds and it gets tiring and it doesn’t have smooth gameplay. I don’t care much for graphics or visuals but it doesn’t run smoothly at all.
They barely get any new incoming players coming in so the community is full of high levels and it’s hard to even find a battle with someone who’s even the same level as you to get Relics. Expect to be battled by commanders higher levels than you and have a higher ratio loses than wins.
Sure, you can join a guild but they’re all dead, half the time you are the only one who’s participating.
You have to pay to even have a chance to even get far into the event challenges, I get it the company needs to survive, but it’s just ridiculous the amount of jewels you need to pay for such simple things.

I'm a patient man, but this is ridiculous!
I've played War of Legions since about 4 years ago, when I had already played Dark Summoner for several years. I liked Dark Summoner, so I tried War of Legions soon after it came out. I've enjoyed War of Legions, too, and I created an A-team ID, connected to both accounts, so that I could easily transfer to new devices. Through several device upgrades, my A-team ID worked fine. I upgraded from iPhone 4 or 5, to iPhone 6 and 7, and now to a new iPhone XS. Unfortunately, it seems we've hit the proverbial wall - somehow the game is not now processing my data transfer to the new device. The game downloaded fine and the A-team Data Transfer portal accepted my login, but the game never (through many attempts) processed my data transfer. All elements were in place, but the game would not process the transfer.
Though that was bad enough, the situation was further aggravated by the A-team support people. I don't know whether to chalk it up to language barrier, or disinterest, or incompetence, or some other cause - like maybe they were hacked - but A-team support sent me a questionaire to collect details about my account - so they could "verify" my account. That was the purpose of the A-team ID - to always have built-in verification and to facilitate the data transfer process. I wasn't suspicious until they sent me, again, the same questionaire - within hours of submitting my answers to the first one. This makes me believe they are jerking me around or maybe they were hacked - and the hackers are just having a merry good laugh at my expense. Other reviewers have mentioned that A-team might treat "free," non-paying players with disinterest or disdain, and I suppose this is certainly possible.

IOS issue
Does Not Work on my IOS. It says I’m Linked but once I enter to the Game once it’s Linked it Does not Work. Just Takes me to the Start new Game Menu.
Don’t upgrade devices
My iPhone 6S+ recently died, and I upgraded to iPhone 11 Pro Max. Despite having an ateam ID, data transfer does not work. Doesn’t work on iPad either. Customer service said I’m SOL. Been playing since the start so starting a new account is not something I want to do at all.
Update: it’s been months since my review. Still can’t access the game via data transfer. They should be ashamed of themselves

Game needs to be fixed
I played this game forever ago, it was super fun up until now, I made an ateam Id it has my account and when I redownloaded the game I couldn’t log into my account and I’ve tried and tried and nothing seems to work, I’ve even contacted their support team and they literally take a day to reply to you about what’s going on, and when you finally get something from them to try, it still doesn’t work, I even made a new account and a new ateam id to connect to the new account and I can’t even do that. The game is broken.

PLAYER DATA DELETED
I started this game when it first came out for iOS YEARS ago. Now all of a sudden I can’t sign on to my ATeam account where all my data is (apparently) and ATEAM support is terrible. I reached our AGES ago to have this issue addressed and not one person got back to me. Unacceptable and I will never play this or any other ATEAM game again.
