Login fails
Can not log in with username and password as this always comes up with a network error. Has been like this for months. First version of App before they removed it was better. I need to have my sons phone with me to get text code so I can login and buy plans.

Bug fix required
The updated app still has a bug that doesn’t allow users to link mobile numbers in the app. When you try to link a phone number using the authorisation code sent to the number, it comes up with an error message saying the code isn’t valid. According to Warehouse Mobile customer service,

Can’t log in, won’t accept password and will not send email to reset. Poorly designed app.

App cannot link phone number. Code received but does not work
This App can't be used in Chinese mainland.
This App can't be opened and used in Chinese mainland, and the website can't be opened, which makes it impossible to recharge the mobile phone number. I hope to solve the problem as soon as possible.

Can’t log in shows network error, no ability to log in with username/password and website either. Makes it difficult as parent to see and manage plans for children
