Crashing
Says awaiting permissions for a second then crashes
Best tool besides a trap
Went entering data on your phone or from the website this tool links perfectly together. As an administrator for a couple of projects we could not be without this app. Thank you and keep up the great work. Mark J
Improving
Still has the odd quirk which could possibly be user error but I think all the bugs I’ve isolated and mentioned either here or in the forums have been resolved so well done.
Bug when retiring a trap
This bug is terrible. The only workaround is to reinstall the application, force quit doesn’t help.
Steps to reproduce (I think):
- Walk a line. You will see the pips along the top of the screen, one per trap.
- Select a trap and retire it. The number of pips along the top of the screen doesn’t seem to change.
- As you keep walking the line, the traps you have done turn green. The ones you haven’t (including the one you retired) are still grey.
- Select the grey trap. It looks like you missed that one, did you forget that’s the one you retired?
- The whole phone screen goes white. Force quit doesn’t help.
- To recover from this point, reinstall the app and walk the line again from the beginning.
- To avoid the crash maybe exit out of the trap list view back to the map after retiring the trap. That might cause the dodgy pip to disappear.
