Mobile data sharing to other users

My friend unlimited data plan is being shared w me via phone number and it sometimes dosent work for a few days than works. This has happened before and i am sure that he did not disconnect me it could be a bug from the app. It's really annoying as that the data jst refuses to go through.

It just is. The latest version even struggles to open. Even 2 Degrees own retail outlets shrug their shoulders when asked to explain it. “Yeah, it’s a problem…” they say despairingly.
