Updated the app as requested and now can’t access anything to do with my account. One of the worse apps. Time to change provider

For a telco they have a very poor App and service. Definitely not to be recommended for a business user.

App isn’t in line with account
The app doesn’t seem to talk to whatever back office system 2degrees has - emailed invoices don’t show on the app, settings are limited (can’t change personal details for example)
Not a good app from a company that deals in phones, technology etc.
