Mobile data sharing to other users
My friend unlimited data plan is being shared w me via phone number and it sometimes dosent work for a few days than works. This has happened before and i am sure that he did not disconnect me it could be a bug from the app. It's really annoying as that the data jst refuses to go through.

A worthless app
It just is. The latest version even struggles to open. Even 2 Degrees own retail outlets shrug their shoulders when asked to explain it. “Yeah, it’s a problem…” they say despairingly.

Updated the app as requested and now can’t access anything to do with my account. One of the worse apps. Time to change provider

For a telco they have a very poor App and service. Definitely not to be recommended for a business user.

The app doesn’t seem to talk to whatever back office system 2degrees has - emailed invoices don’t show on the app, settings are limited (can’t change personal details for example)

Update 22/6- problem solved. Upon receiving a call from 2 degree they guided me step by step on how to navigate this issue. After that my issue was solved spot on. Thanks to that wonderful lady. You deserve a pay rise!

Worst app I’ve dealt with slow doesn’t load all the time and always having problems with paying my plans etc regret joining 2degrees unfortunately
Rubbish app, please decommission this.
App is absolutely rubbish. It doesn’t show my balance and when I tried to pay with my card, the transaction just disappeared. I end up with late payment reminders.

Topped up my phone and needed to do again as it straight up stole 50cents from me. The minimum purchase to top up $10 so now I’m down money because the app is a thief

Terrible app total garbage
They turned a semi functioning app into an absolutely useless space filler on my phone it doesn’t allow me to login there’s no function to login and it doesn’t show me anywhere too… but can still show me data that I have an unlimited plan in my phone number I can’t even click on billing because it says I have to login but it doesn’t prompt to login I wish I could give it a lower rating but one is this lowest….
