App is full of bugs and lack of content
This app with close down, go to a black screen and constantly throw up errors. The content is very limited. Maybe 1 or 2 battle reports unless it’s 40k or age of sigma.
You will be lucky to watch anything without it bugging out before the end. I have complained to games workshop but customer service is terrible.
If you want anything other than the mini then I wouldn’t waste your time. If you want the mini then go on eBay.

App is garbage fire, content is good.
This app operates like a streaming app from 10 years ago. Its interface is frustrating and dumb. Playing sequential videos backwards, endless loops of force closing the app and having to log back in etc.
Replay need fixed
It’d be great if I could replay literally anything without having to restart the video 10000 times
Terrible on Amazon TV
The App for Warhammer TV on Amazon is terrible. Watch an episode, next episode is black with only audio. Go back to the Home Screen and try again? Same thing. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and it’s the same. I love Warhammer but this has got to be fixed.
GW Greed - Outdated/ worst streaming app.
I’ve canceled my subscription as a direct result of the Games Workshop DMCA against ForceOrg and other Tabletop Simulator Supports. Remember who makes you money games workshop, your community… screw over the community and kiss your revenue goodbye. So kiss the free subscription money goodbye. Regarding the app directly, it’s complete garbage, it would be a bad app by 2013 standards. Trying to select an episode you’ve already watched takes you to the last 5 seconds of the episode and forces you into the next without being able to scroll to restart it. Terrible organization. The content is second rate. Even free streaming apps have better ui than this fecal dumpster fire. Until there is a change of attitude at GW I’ll only be buying second hand plastic or utilizing 3d prints for miniatures. You can aim to please your investors and loose money or aim to please your community and make money.

Good but the new update has broken it
New update appears to have stopped Hammer & Bolter videos from working. Picked one and it tries to play then skips to the next and repeats.
Fix your app
Fix your I can’t hardly watch anything. The way your app is messing up.
Buggy
This application is pretty buggy. Some shows don’t list any of their episodes, videos will play over other audio/video playing on your phone or iPad, etc. The UX is also quite poor. Not obvious what you have already watched, etc. The content itself is enjoyable, so it is a shame the application itself could use some love.

Subcontracted to crapware/adtech vendor
Not even going to bother whitelisting this garbage app with my router / few / endpoints. Going to cancel WH+ sub and just buy the minis off eBay.

Over priced not enough anime and terrible website. I couldn’t even subscribe when I wanted too that’s how bad it is 😂
Terrible app
Worst user interface in maybe all of history. I just want to watch the exclusive Warhammer animations and shows but they make it so unbelievably confusing and frustrating to navigate the site that it’s just not worth it. You guys have SO MUCH money, please invest in a half decent user experience for your tv app.

This app is horrific. Fire the the developer(s). It crashes on multiple Apple TVs.
How bad is it? Well I’m an Apple user since 1994, and I’ve purchased dozens of Macs since then, probably 10+ iPhones, same number of iOS devices. Thousands of dollars of software over the years. This is probably my first negative review. At the very least, fire your QA team.

A really poor and frustrating experience
I really expected more from a such a massive company with huge resource and money. The UX of the app needs great improvement and it’s like the designers have never used another streaming service before. It just screams amateur - series are listed in long lists of episodes, the app icons are low pixel versions and it requires you to log in seemingly every time you use the app. More recently, videos fail to load and crash the app, forcing it to close. Poor, and not worth the price of subscription.

Error codes constantly
The episodes are amazing, but every time they get a new episode of something it says I am not subscribed which I am.
Not intuitive for users.
Whoever wrote this application does not believe in a pause button. Nor do they have any belief in the word replay as an option for video playback. For example if I hit play on a video I haven’t watched in a year, it may try loading the last 2 seconds of the end credits on repeat until you can successfully drag the watch progress to the beginning of the video, but this application does NOT like you doing that. So after ten instances of me trying to watch a video I gave up and switched to my desktop. Believe it or not, this also was difficult to just rewatch. These people must hate money and not try out their own content. Whoever wrote this application needs to be promoted to customer. I do not recommend subscribing to Warhammer for their content, this feels terrible to use and I’m exhausted from just trying to relax.

Terrible
Billion dollar company and the apps are absolutely riddled with bugs and issues. Constant buffering, freezes, random errors causing inability to play episodes and that’s even if you manage to get it to start to play an episode.
Not to mention half of the animations are absolutely terrible. I’ve seen better fan made YouTube animations.
I love warhammer and want to watch series but the apple and play store apps are just useless it makes me not want to even bother trying.

Foundation good
Good content. Only brought down by small bugs. I’d like to stay logged in (iPhone and AppleTV). Occasionally get stuck beginning playback at the end of a video unable to restart it to rewatch.

Tried signing up so I could watch the other the series and it simply just didn’t work

I’m constantly looking for warhammer content to fall asleep to ..Iv got this app on my tv and every time I open it .. it makes me use my phone to sign in .. 3/4 times the multi factor authentication messes up and I default to YouTube … just let me access the app seamlessly and il happily pay to use it
