Wari-Tsuke: Layout Spacing

Wari-Tsuke is a focused layout and mark-out tool for field work: carpentry, interior finish, tile, hardware mounting, railings, fences, partitions, and framing. Enter the total width, the part width, and the number of parts, then choose Equal Gap (even gaps between parts) or Center Spacing (even center-to-center pitch). The app shows exactly where to mark from the left edge, so you can pull every mark straight from a tape. It works in millimeters, decimal inches, and fraction inches, with 1/16, 1/8, or 1/4 inch rounding. Values snap to the chosen graduation, the leftover remainder can go to the ends or be spread evenly, and the mark-out list keeps the last mark dead-on at the real span. Marking Mode turns the list into a full-screen electronic story pole: one cumulative position at a time, large and clear, with check-off as you go. Field Copy bundles the inputs, the result, and the mark-out positions into one copy you can share with your crew. Building-code opening checks (for example the 4-inch guard / 110 mm baluster clear opening) are included as an optional support feature. They are off by default, the standard (US / JP / EU) is switchable, and they do not replace local code judgment. No account, no cloud sync, no ads, and no analytics. Everything runs on-device and works offline.
