Dumb

I just bought this device so I don’t know why they would’ve asked me to review it immediately but if it gets the people lunch, then have it here. Here’s your great review.

Rage bait

Horrible app that will test your patience, I’ve never have been compelled to write a review about anything besides this horrible tedious process that was registering a warranty fix ts

Totally Unimpressed

I an 200% unimpressed with the process and requirements to register for a one year warranty on a superbly over-expensive screen protector. If I would have known the process beforehand, I would never have wasted the time and money with ZAGG.

Flakey setup

When going through the tests for the phones it got stuck doing the sensor test. I went back and retried a few times, completely closed the app and retried and it still didn’t work. After leaving the app for a Fer hours then returning it finally worked.
This doesn’t bode well for any claim that might be needed.

easy

do far easy to apply and set up the warranty- it has only been one day though so we will see how the liquid screen saver works
thank you

Warranty Life is a scam – return your voucher ASAP

Update: I see warranty life replied to my review trying to confuse you. Zagg sells this product as two years but during the registration you find out it’s only one and it’s actually delivered by “warranty life” not Zagg. Look up their reviews on other platforms and you will see how bad they are. I later attempted to make a claim and this company gave me the most ridiculous runaround and never paid out. Two stars is generous.

Warranty Life will attempt to sell you products services etc during registration— car insurance?!!?!

Zagg advertises protection for your device but you’ll find out at the end of the registration process that Warranty Life will not honor the same coverage promised by Zagg. For example Zagg indicates two years, but warranty life shows only one. Warranty Life indicates the warranty is not valid if bought from a Zagg retail operation that also does repair (“repair shops”). Which is all of them that I’m aware of at least around the Denver metro area.

This whole thing is such a scam. It’s ridiculous. Return your voucher card to Zagg asap to get your money back. You still have 30 days. Send a message to their corporate office that we won’t tolerate being taken advantage of.

Response from developer

The screen warranty is clearly 1 year as written on the product, Zagg may provide coverage for defects or other replacement support. Please contact Zagg for clarification.

Too Quick

The app itself is good, so far, but set up is a bit slow or too quick. Some instructions do not give enough time to read before it either starts the next set which causes you to back page or read the instructions twice or more before you can start the next task.

Won't accept any picture

This app is horrible, the customer service is even worse. Wants me to send photos that are physically impossible to take and suggest I purchase a second phone to take a photo. Would not recommend if it was the only warranty app on the market.

Easy Peasy

Registering was super easy.

Canadian Scam Company

Horrible service to the point of it being a full blown scam! I’ve been without a phone for well over a week now because these Canadians are playing games on the phone and have been denying my claim saying something about a screenshot that has absolutely nothing to do with my claim. I purchased the plan and and used their app to register my device and it all went through without a problem, they took my money and here we are. Every time I call they answer the phone using different accents and tell me they are just the answering service.

Response from developer

The screen shot is required to confirm the phone is in tact. The verification process asks each user to confirm and agree. This is required to activate coverage.

Great warranty

Simple set up and great offerings- look forward to great coverage!

Liquid glass

It’s a lot of work setting up, hopefully worth it. I know my screen is clear and so smooth

Boooo

Registering a device for warranty should be as easy as inputting a serial code and maybe an email. This app was asking for way to many permissions to my phone than I felt comfortable. Deleted.

Decent

Good job guys

ZAGG Screen Protection Coverage

Insurance was affordable, one $20 payment for the year and easy to register. Hopefully won’t have to use it. 👍

This is what I need!

Tested my device many times and this app worked fantastically!

Easy to set up

After downloading the app the whole process is fairly easy. The most difficult task was taking the picture of the screen which took a bit of contorting to get the green box.
