Doesn’t work
Buy single washes, etc. went to buy monthly but the discount code on the sign (first month free) didn’t work. So App is fairly useless. Save your storage and buy from the POS on site instead of tracking down a specific franchise
The one time it worked it was ok
So I purchased a subscription for the ultimate wash that allows for 1 wash per day. The first time through it seemed to work, but I had to fiddle with the app and finally got a prompt to scan the QR code and got my wash. The next couple of times that I went for a wash it was closed. Likely not the app developers fault but it is frustrating to purchase a subscription for $38 / month and not be able to use it. I have been back twice since and the app won’t work. No matter what or where I tap the prompt to scan the QR code has not showed back up. I have tapped the wash icon that takes me to the main screen. Have tapped the subscription box on that screen, have tapped the little place that shows 1/1 wash remaining for the day. That box blinks but nothing happens. I have had to back out of the car wash twice and luckily no one was behind me. I have effectively paid just shy of $80 for one mediocre car wash. I have submitted a customer support ticket online and am waiting to see if I hear back and if anything is done before I cancel. I don’t have much hope as the customer support ticket after providing my name, email address, phone number, the state I am in, and license plate number said they could not find my account in their system. It did let me submit with a big yellow banner that said submit with incomplete information. We’ll see what happens, but for now I’m not very happy with the service and would recommend others don’t waste their money.

Ok for the most part
They had some issues when I first got it but they were resolved relatively quickly. I purchased this wash because it is close to my house and does a half decent job of getting the cars clean. I have definitely seen better washes of this type so don’t expect a lot out of it.
Bad App and Bad Wash Partners
Signed up on the app because it was featured at the wash. I paid for a wash on the app, which works by having you scan a QR code to activate the wash. Only problem is that the wash did not have a QR code anywhere to be found. The whole wash, including the payment/selection area looked 10-15 years old and was barely functioning. The system would only let me purchase the basic wash, which was equally as bad. One pass of soap and one pass of high pressure water for $6. While the wash I’m sure is not the app developers fault, the fact that they allow local washes to be added to their platform without verifying they are compatible is their problem. Now I’ve also paid for a wash I cannot use and there is no way to contact the app developer or wash operator for a refund.
