I am at the Wash Around The Clock Laundromat on Apalachee Parkway, Tallahassee, FL. I met a client that said I could download the app that it was easier and I could save money but when I downloaded this app it seems to only be for the services to have my clothes washed by an attendant not me personally. She said, “Ah, that’s strange!” I have an iPhone 12 so maybe she has another phone and you offer this app on other phones for us the client to load money on the account and not have to use a card…is that it or…can you please explain what I may be doing wrong.
