My dry cleaning has gone almost 2 weeks now
My dry cleaning items have gone almost 2weeks now but still is in cleaning and no response from the app or company.
This is the most horrible service and I am wonder where my clothes have gone to?

Terrible
I left two suits in one of the lockers and a week later they confirmed that they picked up two dresses and a blazer. I called right away and had to leave a voicemail that they never responded too. I called a few times over the following week, but when they never answered or called back. The emails bounced back as well. A week later I got a confirmation that my order was done and I opened the locker to find two dresses and a blazer. I still can’t get a hold of anyone to help me get these clothes back to their owners or find my suits.

Not worth it
I decided to try it out since I had a coupon.
The company too over a week to return the clothes and is way overpriced. The walk to the boxes is farther than the walk to my car in the apt complex. Go to the neighborhood dry cleaner instead.

Just moved into a new place and I was told all about this great amenity. Dry cleaning down the hall? Cool!
Fast forward to me downloading it; I try and use Facebook as my sign-in and the developers have somehow managed to miss-code that feature, resulting in a generic Facebook page telling THEM to fix it (I guess most people test their apps...)
Gotta love my first (and last,) use resulting in an unrecoverable error, before I could even sign in or see the product no less. Maybe the prices are good? Wouldn’t know, couldn’t get in. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

App is Unusable
The last time this app was updated was a year ago. It freezes constantly during the sign-up process which is not a great if they want to attract new customers.
Locations are messed up
I have their lockers in my building, left my clothes there but when tried to place an order they don’t have my building on their location list. Now lockers won’t open and I can’t get my clothes back!
Went from great to terrible
This dry cleaning company was so much better when it was cleancierge But ever since they changed hands and became washbox they are now just god-awful. They lost a pair of gray slacks the cost at least $50 or more. The only thing they said they could do so far is credit me for the next time I use them. But after losing the article of clothing you think I would use the company again. So I told them to at least refund me $50 so I could buy a pair of gray slacks to replace the ones they lost. The person I talked to told me that she couldn’t authorize that and she would have to transfer me to her manager. I talk to the manager and she said she couldn’t authorize it either so she would have her supervisor call me in a couple days. Couple days passed and I never heard from them so I had to call them again. When someone else answered they said their supervisor was busy and would call me back later and again no one called me. It’s an ongoing thing and I get this feeling that they are trying to avoid me. When they changed hands it’s like they fired all the competent workers and hired a bunch of incompetent morons. I’m never doing business with these jerks again.

OK service, bad app and notifications
Updating review after finding my clothes. Bare bones app, bad notification system, but ok dry cleaning service. Since they have lockers in my building, it’s really convenient, but I just put things in I won’t need to wear for a while.

No pricing given
I was really hoping this would work out for wash and fold but it was awful. There was no indication of pricing and when my clothes came back they charged $15 because it said that was my location's minimum fee! Ridiculous! Never using this again!
Messy
App doesn’t give you a locker code you have to place your items in an unlocked locker. No bag to put garments in. App doesn’t notify you your items have been picked up. Doesn’t let you know when they will be dropped off. Also no indication of prices. I’ll stick with the tried and true dry cleaner across the street.

Horrible app and service
The app lacks in notifications. Nothing is delivered to your phone or email when the order is picked up. Nor any status updates along the way. App just says "we will let you know" in regard to delivery time. Not worth the hassle.
Great service
Have the lockers in my apartment building and they are a great service. Highly recommended for everything they offer
