Often fails
Most of the time our doors are needs to break as this software stops working in our community
Constantly locks me out
Bugs out every night, need to uninstall and reinstall just to get into my building
not reliable
when you cant get into a room due to a technical fault it doesn't feel very star trek
Good
The best
Bad timing
Not only does it randomly log me out causing me to resend a setup email while I’m locked outside of my apartment building, it also decided to randomly download an update while I was stuck outside in 98° weather with a toddler on my hip and my dog. I wasn’t able to get out of the heat until someone else was leaving the building. STUPID. No point in having the app if it’s going to screw me over and I’ll have to use my keys anyway. In what way is this convenient?
