Good but opens Apple Wallet
I’m using this app to unlock doors at my new office, and it seems to work well so far, except for one strange thing. Whenever I use it to unlock a door, it then opens my Apple Wallet, which is totally unnecessary. Hopefully they fix that.

Support is barely there and it keeps deleting the location of my gym and I can’t workout at night.
Inefficient
Is supposed to just work with waving your hand but everyone that is a tenant in the building has to pull out their phone and open the app to get in the doors. This is forced upon us by the building management to begin with which is bad enough but then for it to not work as it claims is just worse. Would give zero stars if an option. I would also not have this app if I didn’t have to for work and would have deleted it already.

Watch app does not give access when tapping in the notification and needs favourites
When you receive a notification on the watch when you’re close to a door, it shows the notification which says tap to unlock but when you tap, it does nothing. It just takes you to the list of all the doors in the building and then you have to find the door you are at within that long list.
The app is pretty much usless. As it’s faster to oull out your physical card…

Fine, but scammy
App works, but half the time it tries to get me to open my wallet and give it money. Nope, not falling for it.

Difficulty in using
I like traditional key fob system because I can press it in pocket or from Car when I am in-front of the gate. But this app ruins that freedom of single click.
looks like This app developed by some Old guys without some creativity. I can’t even add it as widget or automate it with shortcuts.

I think the only advantage here is for communities. they no need to spend on key fob. by trading this as advantage to community and selling this hardware

Worst system ever
I constantly have to send email feedback to lock or unlock my door. This happens every time I try to to leave or re-enter my apartment.

Works ONLY for public doors
It has been 2 years since I live in the apartment complex which uses Alta Open.
For public doors it works 5 out of 5, for door in my apartment it DOESN’T work at all. I tried different technics, and then I fed up and start taking my keys with me. Which I of course use for public doors as well, so this app doesn’t make sense on my phone. I do not know why it couldn’t have been fixed during all this time.

Muy regular en mi edificio pusieron este sistema hace 2 o 3 años y en ciertas puertas funciona muy bien pero en otras simplemente no funciona. En unas le funciona bien a mi esposa y a mí no y en otras es l revés

0 stars if I could. Constantly fails to open doors. Fails to use Bluetooth properly or even present the option to enable Bluetooth. Has left me stuck in elevators despite having worked minutes before. Sensors constantly open Apple wallet instead of Alta preventing access. Possibly the worst security app I’ve ever used

Dark mode! I blind myself every time I open the app at night while driving to open the garage.

Found to have been selling location data to third parties without authorization.
