Membership is not unlimited use when it’s down for multiple days in a row
I like the fact that it is touchless, but that’s about it not a big fan of not being able to use my membership when they have technical difficulties for whatever reason get a better app or don’t charge $30 a month for pay false advertisement.
Need more directions on app
Step by steps in how to use wallet dollars. Please and thank you

When you call, they really can’t help you. They can’t tell you when it expires. It says everything is in the app, but I can’t find nothing so I have no idea when it expires because I canceled it.
Subscriber for several months
If y’all don’t stay on top of the maintenance. Air dryer only operating partially or staying on for 10-15 seconds.. or water jets not working properly. then I’ll be canceling. Up until past month ive been fairly pleased. But the last 4-5 washes been awful!
Useless
I can’t log in. Endless error messages. Total mess.
