Charged Twice
I was charged once and the doors would not open. I had to pay again because I couldn’t get out of line.
Wash
Today tried to get a wash and the scan said was good but didn’t activate the bay
Ugh
The app is absolutely trash this economics one oh one if you’re gonna have a subscription based service or anything on the app thoroughly have it tested get good people to build it correctly. The fact that they’re having issues all the time and they wanna offer you a free car wash when you have a subscription is absolutely ridiculous so until then it’s a one star

Not user friendly
It’s very hard to renew your wash club membership from the app. There is no clear indication on where or how to do it. You can only add money to your card on file, not select it to renew membership
Tried again
App didn’t work again. Like the 4th wash I’ve missed
Frustrating experience
Membership. Check-in on app. 1/16/2025 at 5:43 PM, door would not open to let me in. When I try to check-in again, message that I’ve used my one wash for the day.
Cancel membership
I don’t see anywhere on the app or the two emails I have that will allow someone to cancel the membership. Can you tell me how I can or what steps need to be taken to do so.
Wallet Explanation
The app shows I have $14 in my wallet but i don’t see any directions or explanation on how to use the $14.
