Connexion impossible
Bonjour. Dès que je veux me connecter à l’application je dois m’y reprendre à plusieurs fois : nom utilisateur ou mot de passe incorrect. Les mots de passes sont enregistrés dans l’iPhone donc corrects. C’est très pénible
Choisir le montant
Pourquoi ne pouvons nous pas choisir le montant que l’on veut. Si je ne veux mettre que 10.- ????

Sometimes it works fine, but many times the washing would start after 3 attempts, they are fixing a minimum reload at 20 euros, and you need to try paying 5 times before your account is loaded: crazy circus if you need few washings…
Terrible app
I hate this app. It is extremely frustrating to use and not user friendly whatsoever. You should not have to add denominations of 10 franc to top off your balance to do one load of laundry. It is insane. I was only staying here for 5 weeks and I would have much rather paid by the load. Such a waste of money. Also why is it called “reserve washer” when you are starting a load of laundry. The phrasing is really confusing. Moreover if the machine has a problem and I get a notification saying “there is a problem with washing please try again” I should be given a refund!!!! This happened last time and my laundry was soaking wet and was still covered in soap bubbles. And then I couldn’t even open the door and the unlock button wasn’t working. I eventually figured it out and I decided to use the dryer for once and it did absolutely nothing for the price!!! My clothes were still dripping wet after 2 hours. The dryer just warmed them up. I am never using WashMaster ever again. Thanks for nothing. So dissatisfied with this app.

Hi Raphael The laundry owner decides to enable or disable direct payment - in your case it was disabled. You can delete your account anytime and the remaining balance will be refunded to your account. Regards washMaster team
