Hat mein Guthaben abgebucht, aber die Maschine wurde nicht mal gestartet. Hab versucht, Support zu kontaktieren, aber es gibt nur einen KI-Support, der komplett nutzlos ist und mein Problem nicht gelöst hat. Die sollten wegen Geldklau verklagt werden, das kann in der EU doch nicht legal sein.
Laundry completely nonfunctional
The new app fails to start the laundry machines. Nobody in my apartment building has been able to do laundry in several days due to this app. It is complete chaos.

Wie nervig bitte eine neue App zu entwerfen??? Die alte hat perfekt funktioniert und die neue ist nicht mal besser 😩😩😩

Went to put in the code to create an account and the app froze so I was forced to restart it. Now it says that email already has an account so I can’t sign up and I can’t get another code to register it. Useless. Stuck unable to wash my clothes.
