The system works fine..

This app wants you to deposit $20+ minimum to wash (for security), in stead of the exact amount, and says you can refund it later. The refund typically takes 2 days and is purely to the benefit of the cash flow of the business. Normal security measures should take no more than 0.10$. Considering the app is targeted primarily towards hostels and students, taking this much money like this can be a serious liability for customers, fix, please.

Hello, we are working on lowering the minimum top-up amount. At the moment, this amount exists so that the transaction costs with the payment providers are lower and therefore the wash price for the user is also lower. App is broken and there is no possibility of contacting real customer support. There is a ‘chat’ option but Every time it is the same automated message.

Pratique et réactif

Après plusieurs années d’utilisation, je trouve que lappli fonctionne bien , les machines réagissent rapidement et surtout en cas de soucis technique le SAV est très réactif et ça c’est top!
Au début il y avait des décalages et des bugs mais ça fait plaisir de voir qu’ils ont été corrigés au fur et à mesure

Took money without drying clothes

I used appwash for the first time today, and the dryer didn’t fully dry my clothes. Everything was still damp and there was water in the dryer. So I put it back in the dryer to run it through again, but after I paid for a second dry, the dryer stopped because “my clothing was too dry”. So I tried in another dryer, which also refused to dry my wet clothing. So I took my clothes out and gave up. The app took my money and when I contacted support for a refund they said I can only get a refund if I put my clothes in another dryer right afterwards. But I already did that and they both refused to keep drying my wet clothing. 6 hours later they finally refunded me, but I still ended up paying for the initial dry that didn’t work.
Also, the app is clunky and slow. Every time I do anything on the app it takes time to load. I dislike having to bring my phone with me when I do laundry. Frankly, I don’t know why app controlled laundry has to exist at all. 1 star because I can’t give 0.

However, you should also understand that we first want to understand what exactly happened before we unjustifiably "give money away". Intenté usar varias secadoras y una de ellas no se activó porque decía que decía prepagarla, cuando ya lo había hecho y no me devolvieron mi dinero.
