First review I’ve ever writte
This is the first app review I have ever written. Honestly this is a cool idea, just very astoundingly bad execution. It took me over 30 min just to set up one load of laundry, and the app crashed numerous times as well as didn’t send my passcode to verify card details for over 20 minutes. Also ridiculous the service doesn’t take cash. This app is quite literally the worst I have ever used, fix it.

It’s functional
Had some trouble when setting up the app and some very basic (but relatively unimportant) functionalities don’t work, but overall it gets the job done and deserves to take up the few megabytes on the phone.
Doesn’t work
The payment processor just does not work. I’ve been waiting for a payment to process for 45 minutes now with no sign of anything happening. Why there’s no option to pay at the washers is beyond me.

Functionally Useless
This app is awful. I don’t see why everything must be digitalized, first of all. Why can’t I just tap my card on the washing machine? Second of all - if you’re going to make an app out of something, at least make it useful or somewhat usable. This app never shows accurate timings for wash cycles remaining, crashes half the time, doesn’t tell you how much time is remaining on your load, will double book washers and leave people confused - the list goes on. Before trying to get fancy with it, at least attempt to make it usable.

Crashes even after updating my phone
A terrible app. Keeps crashing even after I updated my phone, turning my phone on and off again, and uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I literally cannot do laundry because of this.
Every step is like beating your head against the wall
Despite the idea that you can see what machines are in use/available and how much time is left, this does not work at all. At the moment for example, every machine is labeled as busy with 0 time left. When I previously went to do laundry, one machine was available so I reserved it and head down. Upon arriving in the room, said machine was still full of someone else’s clothes and half the other machines were not in use. Unfortunately, these were not available to use on the app because they were “busy” with 0 time left. The app also appears to allow multiple people to reserve the same machine which makes things very difficult when you both show up to use it a couple minutes later. Why does it need to send you an email when it’s done instead of alerting you in the app for instance? (Not that I got an email either) Why do I have to jump through hoops getting the app to accept a form payment at the stage where I already have my clothes and detergent waiting in the machine? Why are some machines randomly “asleep”? 0/10 literally would rather go jump in a lake than use this

Doesn’t Work
I have been waiting 2 days to do my laundry and have heard nothing from customer service and the app has still not been fixed. Wurst app I’ve ever experienced. LSE is brain dead for signing up for their services.
Worst app I’ve ever had to use
My card got charged 4 times and each time the machine didn’t work.
Why?
Why does this app exist? Why do we live in a world where I have to sell my soul and my first-born before I’m allowed to interact with the world around me?
I would love to just toss my clothes and detergent in, shut the door and hit start. If you want to take my money, then let me toss some coins in with the wash too.

Terrible app
Terrible app. Every single step is harder than it needs to be. The UI is unusable and credit card support is terrible. Accept more payment methods and fix the UI please.
Apple Pay would be great, and Apple makes implementing it pretty simple so there there is no reason not to.
Also, the fact that this app is even necessary is problematic by itself. Washing machines should really be built with payment terminals. It is 2022.
Finally, products like washing machines create a captive audience of both residents and the landlords who buy them. Delivering a non functional or barely functional product to such a captive audience is a technique of a scam artist and not a legitimate business.
Do better.
