Useless app, impossible to pay
Absolutely deserved one star. The app does not work at all. There is a washing machine at the campsite, and the only way to pay for laundry is through this app, but it simply refuses to accept payment by any means. In the end: the machine is there, the app is installed, and it is impossible to do the laundry because nothing works. Great job, excellent service!

They keep your deposit / Se quedan con tu deposito

doesn’t work
I cannot wait to move out of this building so that I never have to interact with this garbage app ever again. Constant error codes. Unhelpful customer service line. I’d rather wash my laundry in the sink.

Payment is not working
Installed today to use for laundry on Lanzerote, registered and then see “payment is not possible “. Thanks
iOS download, says it's not the latest version! 😂
A total waste of time. Error message said it won't work because it's not the latest version one minute after first download.
So I download it a second time. Same error message.
Clearly, almost everyone else (besides, maybe, the creator) thinks as little of it as I do.
Who wrote this app? And why would a great hostel design brand like Wostel align themselves with such a poor quality app when there must be dozens like it with more than a 2-star rating?
Get rid of this app, Wostel! (And maybe use Claude to create a five-star, brand-specificversion in minutes for almost nothing!)

Pathetic
I hate it when Apps don’t work! Tried numerous ways and times to change sites but tells me no site at location I’m in looking at the ad for Washtur. Sort it out!
