Does the basic stuff well and consistently. Having ability to share accounts with household members would be nice.

Awful
As another person said, it doesn’t show availability and has every single building’s washing machine in one long list (not even in order, mind you). They may have other similar apps, but haven’t learned anything from their previous iterations.

Basically useless
Doesn’t show you availability, doesn’t give you times for your loads, doesn’t have corresponding numbers to the actual machines. Only thing that works is payment.
App issues
The app doesn’t accurately display the time left on washer and dryers. I contacted customer support about this and said the times are estimate and don’t reflect the actual times. I would understand if the timer was off by a minute or two but I don’t think 30 minutes is a good estimate when there was only 6 minutes left of my cycle.

UI issues
When submitting a report, hitting the keyboard “return key” doesn’t collapse the keyboard thus I’m unable to submit one. Would also be nice to add Apple wallet access
