Tried to add a rental vehicle to my transponder but the UI for adding a vehicle is broken. The “plate type” field takes you to a blank page with no option to choose a type or enter manual info. Cannot progress past this.

APP NOT NECESSARY

This is a third party app and not necessary to maintain your EZ Pass account. Also, you are charged a fee whenever you use the app to replenish your account. Go directly to rough EZ PASS MA instead.
