No effort to improve app!

Yes. One can pay a bill, but you cannot time when it can be sent, as you can on the website.

Useless App

The app is fairly useless. You cannot see your policy documents or information in it. Only good for making an online payment.

Nothing works

Try to do anything get told system error try again later. Wasted a lot of my time trying to get it to work right and now im very upset i wasted my time

I can’t pay my bill on the app

The app just spins. Whatever you are trying to do, it won’t do. If you need your proof of id, no. Want to pay your bill, no. Want to check anything else, you can’t. Absolutely trash

Endless loop at login

After creating a login the verification email sends you back to login which sends you a verification email which sends you to login which sends …..so you can’t actually ever login
