No effort to improve app!
Yes. One can pay a bill, but you cannot time when it can be sent, as you can on the website.
Useless App
The app is fairly useless. You cannot see your policy documents or information in it. Only good for making an online payment.
Nothing works
Try to do anything get told system error try again later. Wasted a lot of my time trying to get it to work right and now im very upset i wasted my time
I can’t pay my bill on the app
The app just spins. Whatever you are trying to do, it won’t do. If you need your proof of id, no. Want to pay your bill, no. Want to check anything else, you can’t. Absolutely trash
Endless loop at login
After creating a login the verification email sends you back to login which sends you a verification email which sends you to login which sends …..so you can’t actually ever login

Can’t Sign In
Every time I try to sign in I get a error “A system error occurred. Please try again later” and still won’t let me sign in.
Policy Holder
I agree with others, apps okay but we can’t access our policies to view or make any changes to them like most other sites let you do. Add that feature and the site is great.
Very little effort
You can not view your policies or make changes. Basically it is a difficult to navigate and otherwise irritating app that needs a major update. You can pay your bill which in the end is apparently all they seem to be interested in
What’s going on?
Terrible app. Can’t see payments. Can’t see your policies. Can’t see next payment info. Can make payments but nothing else. Hello 2024.
Need a desktop???
How ridiculous in this day and age … you need a desktop to access your bills via Safety. Is it me? Am I the only one that gave up a desktop years ago? I only use iPAD and iPHONE. They have no probably taking payment for your bill via iPAD or iPHONE, but they don’t let you view it ! They give you a good discount for auto and homeowners if you use ebill which I’d great , too bad you can’t view it . Seriously ???

It’s 2024, app has not changed in long time
It’s nice to have an insurance card ready and to verify information they have on you but other than that all you can really do is pay your bill with this app. You cannot see your coverages, copy of policy, etc. At the very least they should have a policy declarations page. I do use it to pay my bill, but anything else requires a phone call to my agent,

This apps login is horrible it takes for ever to sign
I have used this app on android and IOS. Half the time you can’t login. It takes multiple efforts this has been like this for years needs to be fixed.

To whom it may concern; I been using the safety insurance app for about a year now, then all of a sudden, I NO longer can log into my account… please fix the problem because I like going into my account just to be updated amongst other stuff…. Trash App
I’m trying to signing in the app and it says try again later something is wrong.
Worthless.
The app does not provide any information whatsoever on your policies. You are unable to review any detail about your policies. Maybe they’re afraid you might cancel when you look at the line item bills. Don’t bother downloading it’s a waste of time.
Claim Issue
Trying to report a claim and the app freezes after every entry. When I finally get to the upload photos section, the app closes out when you select Library. How dumb are your app developers??
Totally useless
I got into an accident and need to file a claim. The minute I I put the damaged area in thr car, it freezes and won’t let you continue. If you are going to navigate people to the app, make sure the app actually works.
no way to view policy documents?
pretty much a road to nowhere. I downloaded the app in order to view policy documents, and you apparently cannot do that. Their mobile site also does not appear to let you view documents. So there’s really no way to get out your stuff without a computer. Pretty bad this day and age.
