Nothing seamless about it
The app’s filtering and navigation features are bugged. Heavily. Clicking “back” after trying to look at property details resets your entire search. Unsure if the contact or interest forms are broken since no one has ever returned a message or contact. Don’t waste your time with it.

I wanted to rent a place in Al Wasl South Heights, but even though it’s been one and a half months, I still haven’t received any response. It’s like a joke—there’s no seriousness at all. I mean, at the very least, if there’s no availability, just say so. But online, it shows that there are available units. I’ve sent so many emails and messages, but I haven’t received any reply. I called several times, and every time they said, “We’ll call you back in 2 minutes,” but then nothing happens.

Poor
Living in Wasl Village has been a daily struggle. People constantly park in forbidden areas, including disabled parking spots, blocking others and showing no consideration. Security does nothing, and complaints made through the call center or app are completely ineffective.
Every day, before and after work, it’s a battle just to get in or out of my own parking spot. There’s no proper enforcement or accountability.
If you’re thinking of moving or renting here – don’t. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.
